Throughout the season, the boys on the St. John's cross-country team have donned shirts that read "1969" and "honor the legacy" on the back, commemorating the program's last conference title.

The 2022 team will need to make an adjustment to its pseudo-uniform after Saturday.  The boys' and girls' cross-country teams swept the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championships at Virginia's Bull Run Regional Park.
