The St. John's College High girls' tennis team had a rough to the season, but the Cadets got it together when it mattered most.

Overcoming a less-than-perfect record and a slew of injuries, the Cadets made some major corrections that allowed them to accumulate 31 points, one more than rival Elizabeth Seton, to claim the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship Sunday at Paul VI.
