O'Connell sees a varsity lacrosse coach who has the knowledge, experience, leadership and vision to build a program that can compete consistently at the top of the WCAC and values the girls experience.  Coach should have experience in recruiting quality student athletes, building and managing a program, assisting in college recruitment, and running an effective in and out of season practice regiment.  The coach should be an excellent communicator with both parents and players and a role model for behavior both on and off the field. Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter  with a vision for the program, and two letters of recommendation to Athletic Director Joe Wootten, jwootten@bishopoconnell.org.
