St. John's midfielder Leah Morrison gripped her left forearm as overtime started Saturday afternoon in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference title game, her hands covering the spot where she had written "Win 4 Jack," in red marker.

The junior has clasped that message, a command to herself, and says a small prayer during pivotal games.  It's a ritual she has repeated in each of the unbeaten Cadets' 14 contests that led them to the WCAC final against Bishop Ireton, and she wasn't about to stop now.
