Bishop O'Connell High School seeks a varsity girls basketball coach who has the knowledge, experience, leadership and vision to build a program that can compete consistently at the top of the WCAC, and values the girls' experience. Coach should have experience in recruiting quality student athletes, building and managing a program, assisting in college recruitment, and running an effective in and out of season practice regimen. Coach needs to be able to build a staff and be highly organized. The candidate should be an excellent communicator with both parents and players and a role model for behavior both on and off the court.
