Bishop O'Connell High School in Arlington, Va. seeks a Girls Basketball Head Coach. The ideal candidate should be a teacher of the game, have a strong knowledge of the sport, possess great communication and organizational skills, have a vision for the program, and be able to attract quality student-athletes to the program who can thrive in the classroom, on the court, and in the community.  Candidates should also be able to assemble a strong staff and have a background in guiding student-athletes in the college recruiting process.
