WCAC Boy's Lacrosse Championship Tournament Set to Begin TODAY (5/6)

All indications lead to the WCAC Championship run going through Gonzaga, who won it last year and 8 of the last 9 times.

The 2019 WCAC Lacrosse Championship Boy's Tournament begins today, May 6, with a play-in game at Bishop Ireton.  The playoffs will continue tomorrow with four Quarterfinal games before moving to Friday where there will be two Semifinal Games.

Gonzaga dominated the regular season and is the favorite to win its 9th WCAC Title in 10 years.

Championship Game will be play at Ludwig Field on Monday, May 13th at 5pm.

Tuesday, May 7th (Quarterfinals)

#8 Ireton at #1 Gonzaga  5pm  (Buchanan Field)

#7  St. Mary's Ryken  at  #2  St. John's  4pm  (Quinn Stadium)

#6  Good Counsel  at #3 Paul VI Catholic  6pm  (Paul VI)

#5  Bishop O'Connell at  #4 DeMatha Catholic  4pm  (Heurich Field)

 

Friday, May 10th (Semifinals)

Monday, May 13th  (FINALS)

Ludwig Field, University of Maryland  5pm
