Paul VI guard Trevor Keels, the top-ranked local boys' prospect in the Class of 2021, announced Friday he committed to Duke.

The McDonald's all-American chose the Blue Devils over Kentucky, Villanova and Virginia. Ranked as the No. 16 prospect in the country by 247 Sports, Keels announced his choice during an afternoon broadcast of the Geico Nationals boys' tournament semifinals on ESPN2.
