On Sunday, November 24th the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference will feature two huge Football Championship Games at 1pm and 6pm at Catholic University of America.

In the Metro Conference Championship, Archbishop Carroll will play St. Mary's Ryken at 1pm.  Ryken was last year's champion with their impressive victory over Bishop O'Connell.  The two played a few weeks ago just up the street at Colins Field.  Even though St. Mary's Ryken won that game 35-12, this game promises to be a very competitive battle with Carroll's chance to win it's first WCAC Football Championship.

The Capital Conference Championship game will be played at 6:00pm on Sunday at Catholic, the same field that hosted last year's exciting finish between DeMatha and Gonzaga.  In the regular season matchup, Good Counsel led most of the game until St. John's drove the length of the field on Rakim Jarrett's  (LSU commit) amazing run after catch with under 2 minutes left in the game for the win.  That game was played at Good Counsel's Kline Stadium.

Please note you will need TWO SEPARATE game tickets to attend both games.  For the Metro Conference game, tickets will be available at the door for $15 and there will be no on-line tickets available.  The gates will open at 11:00am.  After the Metro Conference game the Stadium will be cleared and then gates will RE-OPEN for the Capital Conference at 4:00pm for the 6:00pm kickoff.

The WCAC will offer 1200 electronic tickets for the Capital Conference game by clicking HERE.  There will be very limited tickets available at the door and all tickets will be $15.

Parking in any of the Catholic University lots are an additional $10 per car.  The parking garage down the street is free and opens at 11am.

There will be no re-entry during both games and you will ONLY be able to attend the game in which you have purchased a ticket.  Spectators will not be able to enter the stadium for the Capital Conference game until 4:00pm.

The MAXIMUM Capacity for each game will be 4000.  No exceptions.

So get your tickets early for these two fantastic Championship matchups.
